well there is a community badge that will give you 2 levels. click at the top on your name, and badges. then see the community badge. it has 26 tasks to complete... you only have to do i think 14 to unlock level 1 and 22 for level 2 of the badge.
After that, you have to craft badges. CSGO is the cheapest one to craft. <$0.60 for all 5 cards and you can craft it 5 times
