What do you need to have?
how much it cost?
just things that will matter especially if requires personal hardware.

Server and client for PC is free. Super easy to setup. I have been running it on my PC for a couple of years now. You can stream over the internet if u wish for a monthly fee 10$ I think. (I don't do this.) instead I use it on my Amazon Fire Tv because I don't have a smart tv. The app is usually 4.99 but I got it for free from a sale.
There's a lot you can do with this. I recommend it.
