Built a server for this yesterday. (it is a dedicated server)
Currently its only Zackary and myself playing on it, it is a completely vanilla server, mainly to allow us to learn the game, the basic mechanics of it.
if your interested the IP is 98.173.18.153
I have found it is easier to create a shortcut to steam://connect/98.173.18.153 that will connect you directly to the server
